Compliance based ethics codes emphasize preventing unlawful behaviour by increasing control and by penalizing wrongdoers. Integrity based ethics codes define the organization"s guiding values, create an environment that supports ethically sound behaviour and stress shared accountability among employees. It is not just feelings or conscience the same as religion just following the law: not, not, not, not. Ethics is following what everybody does technology or science what can be done: how we act as individuals, how we structure our organizations and their work, how we structure our society, our laws, and our systems.
