Job analysis assess the goodness of ir between people and jobs. Provides info about job requirements and ksaos needed to do the job. Job descripion: writen descripion of what job occupants are required to do, how they are supposed to do it and raionale for ay required job procedures. Job speciicaion: knowledge, skills, abiliies, other atributes or competencies that are needed by a job incumbent to perform well on the job. May include compensable factors used in performing job evaluaion like analyical abiliies, physical exerion, accountability for budgets and working environment. Job: collecion of posiions that are similar in their signiicant duies: group of tasks, may be held by more than one person.
