One of the remedy for land contract speciic performance; you get what you bargained for. Feasible you have all the rights but there are restricions that you have to respect. Easement: right to come on to property for a speciic purpose. If there are 2 parts of land, you have to cross the other person"s land to get to urs. If you are rening the property, you control access to the property, you are known as the occupier. When you rent property, you are separaing out ownership for a ixed period of ime. If you are rening property for one year, there is no agreement b/w you and ur landlord, there is no noice, the landlord cannot throw your stuf out.
