Brothers truta discovered a burglar on their property. They asked him to wait for the police to arrive, but the man grew belligerent, spat at the brothers and started a fight. The brothers fought back inflicting serious injuries on the burglar. Robert deluney asked his brother william to look after his house while he was away and have him the keys. The next morning, the robert started having second thoughts; he called his brother; an argument ensued. Robert went to his brother"s house to take the keys back. Fearing that he might be assaulted, robert grabbed william by his coat and threw him to the ground. Would your conclusion be different if you knew that: Robert was much larger and stronger than william. William did not make any threatening gestures, but merely moved towards.
