Table 12. 2: list of most frequently studied human characteristics, depends on personality traits, cognitive ability (intelligence), tolerance etc, some of these straits are rather relevant to understand what types of people emerge naturally as leaders in a group, versus those who don"t. (when there is no formal position of leadership, doesn"t mean the person will be effective, could bring them backwards, will be more effective depending on the situation you display them, not always a need for an inspirational leader in every situation, what matters is how they behave and what the situation calls for when in a position of leadership. If they do, get out of their way and praise their efforts: consideration, listen to ideas, take in consideration the hard times/challenges people go through, focuses on the relationship, gives support, supportive, relations oriented, most sense to use when manager is aware when 1 or more employees is really stressed out.
