Who would you look to if you fall in the situation. Some group of consumers are vulnerable to ripoffs in the marketplace. Laws and codes of ethics are in place to protect these consumers. Even savvy consumers can be mislead and overwhelmed in certain situations. Reason and emotions co-op mingle in consumer decision-making.
