Thank you everyone for participating in the post it exercise we did last wednesday. I have organized them into categories; you will see below for each of them some additional information. The weblinks can also be useful in that regard. Some of you asked for a list of important concepts to prepare for the exam - go to the course objectives listed at the beginning of each topic (you will find them on blackboard and in the slides). Some of you mentioned that there is a lot of new vocabulary. Quite true if you are new to biology or haven"t taken biology, it can feel like learning a new language. Make a list of the new terms and what they mean. You can refer to this when you read or practice some exercises. The book has a glossary that gives you excellent definitions. You can also refer to the terms in the index and go read the associated pages.
