So that fragmoplastic ccell division was instrumental in how the group was able to solvethe issues that are required to solve cell- to cell communication in a multicellular orgnanism the cell division creates the plasma desmata. Plasma desmata is th opening with the desmotube that connects both cells together. It can also be selective just like the conexxins open and close. 2 multicellular stages you have a sporophyte (2n) undergoing meiosis to make spores (n) then there is a gametophyte stage that will make gametes.
