The leaders knew about the child allegations and they didnt deal with it. they brushed most of the cases away. they denied or covered them away. They should take responsibility and say yes it was their fault. They pretended that nothing was wrong and instead of facing the situation they just moved it away. and that doing that did not help anythig and it made the public more mad. They should confront directly with the key stakeholder groups ( the families ) The organizational leaders should take responsiblity for the issue and take an ethical stance. Stakeholders have certain expectations change in leadership it will make them to become more skeptic than believers its their faith some stakeholders will deny this motion of change.
