Michael foucault (1926-1984): theories are strategies of intervention. Thomas kuhn (1922-1996): theory is a fitting of knowledge that depends on a paradigm. Usually, mass communication does not serve as a sufficient and necessary cause of media impacts . We don"t know; truth has yet to be found. o! This has a particular assumption that truth is out there. The truth is not subject it doesn"t depend on our point of view. To show that an assertion can be false by observation or experimentation. Each human perception and every hypothesis emerge in a psycho- sociological context. Truth is very much subject, therefore it is very ideological. The way we view the world around us the way we position it around us. Knowledge is not innocent or detached from the power relations in society and the social interest.
