Three problems that are tied to communication: technical problem- how accurate is the message transmitter, how precisely is the meaning conveyed, effectiveness problem, how effectively does it effect peoples behavior. Info source- producer, transmitter- how the message is encoded, channel- how its sent out, receiver- decodes the message, destination- where the message arrives.
