Their hither o means, means to destroy or ruin a colleagues reputation, before it took more effort to harm  someone’s rep, now it is very simple and more available than ever.­ reputation harm that was never  available.  Before it relied on slander, range was quite limited, scope has changed. Libel ( defamation) is different from criminal libel. Both defamatory. Morris Manning against Casey Hill in the contempt proceedings  were malicious, and they knew that these  were false.­▯ defense of truth is not available.  At the beginning, there plea was defense of justification but at the last minute were withdrew.  Conclusion of the contempt proceedings: the “ammo” for Casey Hill. They didn’t just lose the contempt  proceedings, this entire proceeding, contempt action was harassment was an attempt to intimidate Casey  Hill and Attorney General of Canada, motivated by malice, this motivated Casey Hill to sue for libel. Morris  Mann
