Cultural syndromes and cmn:
Two cultures meet, they are not aware if their miscommunications because they think that the others are
more or less like they are. This is the stage of unconscious incompetence.
After some interpersonal difficulties, people realize that they are miscommunicating. But they do not know
what it exactly wrong. This is the conscious incompetence.
Conscious competence: you are aware that you are communicating but its difficult.
Unconscious competence: aware of difficulties and develop habits of communicating properly
