Experiencing child abuse = aggressive behaviour = child abuser: 30% may do the violence learned from their family. Experiencing child abuse and/or witnessing ipv = ipv perpetration: social learning theory > by direct observation or vicarious observation. Microaggressions: intentional or unintentional, commonplace indignities/insults towards people of colour, women. Brief common place dignity whether intentional or unintentional. In the workplace, under-looked due to their gender or race and could be displayed by tones or looks. Co-workers may be frustrated that microaggressions are not recognized: ex: employer who doesn"t believe in employment equity, racialized colleague got a job due to their race. Bullying: sustained and intentional victimization > intentional over long period of time. Deliberate acts of harm that can be over a long period of time > person could have been.
