Target population: 40 men 10 women around 30 years old. Offence types: drug, property charges (combination of both) Larger in-depth analysis, what is it about their mindset that makes them successful. A lot of these offenders would sit in their comfort zone, (drug addicts willing to accept they"re addicts). Having the pride to choose to be a criminal even they know it"s a problem.
