Dance is an art form that is displayed through the human body using of movement. Dance is seen from many different points of views; it can be defined in different ways by different people. Dance is simply the best way of expressing yourself in a unique way. Ballet is viewed as the basis for all great dancers. This is because of it s complexity and requires a lot of concentration as well as the difficult structure of movement. The form of ballet when mastered is a beautiful spectacle. When anyone sees ballet in person, they describe it as just a dance but what they really don"t know is the poetic picture behind the dance. Every type of dance has a story behind the movements.
