Chalk river used to be the only place they would create medical isotopes. They want to freeze the soil forever to keep the radioactivity in tact (very costly) Natural gas (3 producers and 2 exporter) Renewables (large land areas and coastlines could be used for solar and wind. Important natural resource, support diverse ecosystem, agriculture. Composed of minerals, organic matter, water and air. Formed through weathering, erosion, decomposition or organic matter.
