If the temp is close to due point you are almost at saturation. 3 classes of clouds-cumulous, stratus, cirrus(upper level made of ice) then combination of the 3. cumulus clouds are vertical means there is instability in the atmosphere. As a storm is approaching there are sequences approaching. It has a classic form of a warm front, cold front behind it. Reaching the due point causes the fog to form. Not only does it depend on local but also the general circulation. Meridional- mid latitudes there is no land ocean differences. Small scale-off the east coast there in the winter, those are associated wit the rain maximum as well. In india in the summer there is high value sand in winter very low. A series of islands and very shallow waters, so this area acts as a continent.
