Everywhere in the aegean, oligarchies return to power. Lysander installed decarchy (deca-archos) (cid:862)rule of te(cid:374) (cid:373)e(cid:374)(cid:863) or (cid:862)te(cid:374) rule(cid:863) ruli(cid:374)g oligarchy of ten men. Instead of being heavy followers of sparta, the ruling body of the decarchy were supporters of lysanders. Lysa(cid:374)der & (cid:272)ity states i(cid:374) sparta did(cid:374)"t see eye to eye so (cid:373)ost of the decarchies were supportors of lysander. Both rulers of the decarchy and the oligarchies were supported by the spartan garrisons.
