Causes: lots of over hand sports & over use of motions eg. baseball, tennis, swimming etc. Hawkin"s test: putting arm 90 downward and tilting the arm internally towards medial. Neer"s test: raising the arm straight up on the side of the head. Commonly from sudden onset pain anterior side with popping sound. Can happen due to over lifting weights looking like broken biceps at distal part is common. May/may not require surgery by relocation of the of the biceps.
