Governance is a lot broader than government, includes public participation. Highly structured system, traditional, more of a centralized power. Global governance people are joined together through the internet and form groups that can influence at the level of governments. Governance are from people that get together from shared goals, and it is not as formal. The government is more of a top-down approach and the gvt decides on certain factors to regulate. Governance tries to build within the system, usually the goal is to have everyone working together towards the goal. Computer connected to the hospital to monitor daily health. There is a(cid:374) i(cid:374)(cid:272)o(cid:373)e divide, so it is(cid:374)"t appli(cid:272)a(cid:271)le to all of so(cid:272)iety. People who have lower ses have more health issues and may not have access to the necessary technology. Four mechanisms to get people to accept this change.
