Heart sound, respiratory sound: symptom something someone tells you, subjective, how the person feels (ex. Headache, feeling short of breath: what they said vs. what they see, 1st vs. 3rd person (ex. Caregiver, adult of child, or actual patient) differs especially with patients with dementia. Giving antibiotics, suggesting home remedies for pain, tantum.
