Creation of committees, advisory boards concerned with questions and problems raised by technologies and biosciences (examples: the european group on ethics in the sciences and new technologies ) People need advice from experts who know what bioethics is, has knowledge about bioethics. Committee is a group of individuals trying to help people make decisions dealing with ethical questions. Creation of ethics committees at medical faculties to advise researchers and hospitals. Creation of clinical ethics committees and institutionalised forms of ethics boards in hospitals. In the committees you have doctors, psychologists etc, to ensure the dignity of humans are preserved. To advise and to reflect on complex decisions in politics, research and clinical practice. But the task differs according to the type of institution.
