Jones comes back to the bathroom and sees his nephew slip and starts drowning. He just watched his nephew die to inherit money. Did jones or smith act better: equally worse. Effects: greed, kills, premature, involuntary death, greed, lets dies, premature, involuntary death, what we find in the effects and motive for both cases are the same.
