Idle talk (gerede) talk for talks sake. Tranquillizing numbs the awareness of death, responsibility, being towards death. We"re all prone to inauthenticity and struggle against it. It"s not a matter of not being unique the decision is between being clear sighted about your existence and taking responsibility for one"s being, or not (2 ways of being-in-the- world) Fleeing and evasion must be evading something. Keep itself occupied, run away from something it must already be disclosed to itself self-deception attempt to deceive oneself. If dasein succumbs to angst, the things that usually matter to it slip away - become insignificant. Anxiety is the fore-nothing it"s before nothing in the world. Reveals dasein in the nothingness-of-the-world realizes it possible being in the world by realizing one day all possibilities will be gone. Falling - it individualizes dasein as being-in-the-world. Structural item of dasein - being-ahead-of-itself - dasein preoccupation with its future.
