You can sue them or collect damages. There are criminal forms as well of slander and libel: threats. Is not a type of freedom of expression. If what you say is a deliberate threat where you say you will kill them or physically harm them or hurt them. This is not acceptable: false advertising. Suppose you are selling something and assure that the thing i sold to you is capable of doing something. You buy it and it does not work. This can seriously harm someone"s interest and at times there life. Is unacceptable if it is false or misleading: buyers beware. Let the people that buy things look into the product and advertising and marketing.
