Psychotherapy integration: all psychological therapies studied are assembled into one clear document. Contains all of the coherent methods of conducting therapy. **5 major types with different techniques: psychoanalysis => freud. Assumptions: if you are anxious or depressed as an adult, it is because of childhood expectations, con icts, and urges that have been repressed into the unconscious. They continue to in uence and affect us. Aims: to unearth the repressed con icts and urges from the unconscious and examine them. Give the patient insight into the problem.
