Different strategies of loving are different ways of combining the basic building blocks of love. Physiological arousal: blushing, giddy feeling, butterflies, often expressed sexually, self-esteem, nurturing, self-actualizing may contribute to experience. Is quick to grow in romantic relationship but also first to fade. Passionate references romantic relationships (cid:498)honeymoon phase(cid:499) starts off high, then over time diminishes. Emotional investment and support, mutual understanding and self- disclosure: start telling people many personal things. Won"t just plateau, you may feel particularly close then not so much. Can sustain a relationship without passion or intimacy. Going to do what it takes in order to maintain the love.
