Ex: to judge whether someone is extroverted the person has to do a behaviour that can show extroversion or introversion: availability: you have to be able to see the person behave in a certain way. The more information, and the better quality the information, the more accurate your judgment: judge: the person evaluating another person"s personality and behaviour. People who are more agreeable, less critical and more understanding: the nicer you are the more others will show you their behaviour. It is shown that nicer people are better judges.
