Sexual dysfunctions: sexual desire disorders (desire, not physiological interest) Male hypoactive sexual desire disorder, female sexual interest\arousal disorder. Sexual arousal disorders: physiological aspect (ie. erectile disorder) Female orgasmic disorder (dif culty or inability to reach orgasm), premature ejaculation. Paraphilic disorders (potentially related to mental disorders) Fetishistic disorder: body part or object is considered sexual. Voyeuristic disorder: watch other people, may or may not be engaging in sex. Sexual sadism and sexual masochism disorders: in icting or experiencing pain. Gender dysphoria: unhappy about one"s gender assignment or sexual characteristics: pedophilic disorder. Experience of recurrent, intense, sexually arousing fantasies, sexual urges, or behaviours involving sexual activity with a prepubescent child or children (usually age 13 or younger). 13 years of age is the typical age of puberty. Includes child pornography, as individuals are supporting an activity that is abusing children. Dsm-5: occurring for 6+ months with fantasies, urges, or behaviours produce which distress or impairment, or individual has acted on them.
