Men overwhelmingly commit more serious crimes, especially violent crimes, than women. Men have greater tendency toward risk-taking behaviours and rule-breaking. They are told that is how a man is supposed to act. Some of the girls are also deviant but boys are always involved with risk taking. From 15 years is the age in canada when youth gets into violence.
