Thought to be occupied seasonally due to evidence of abandonments: sapiens. Contains circular structures arranged in v shape. Bones are stacked together with a majority being jaw bones. Structures are substantial, causing debates about the people who made them. Stone structures lined with stone columns carved with depictions of animals. Site predates advent of agriculture must be constructed by hunter gatherer. May be the world"s first temple for h/g or had a domestic function and not solely religious. Challenges expectations about h/g societies: mobile groups would not make monumental structure to tie them down to a single site. Development of villages: homebases for 200-1000 people.
