Gums, insects, fruits, and flowers torpor- vcl strictly nocturnal folivore. No incisors at top of mouth, but have 2 on the bottom specialized gut, cecum. Daubentoniidae specialize on insect grubs claw like nails long fingers for tapping on trees. Mostly solitary like rodents, discover using fingers. Diurnal, may change during the seasons i. e. when its too hot to go out during they day they might become nocturnal.
