Lecture 3 // Anthropology of the Body Depending on the society you live in, people have different ways in which people harbor implicit knowledge about what is proper and improper about how we use our bodies. Example – being on a horse or in an army and being expected to hold your body a certain way Table Manners – it was evident to see who was british versus who was French at the table. Just as much as there is an education in holding your body in the army
