For example: in the stone age, societies were defined by arts and crafts and in the information age, society is defined by science and mathematics. Increasingly focused on making technology in the news, technology as a big sort of defining part of society. Technological determinism: social change is driven by technological change. Technological drama: changes to technology comes with a belief in a redistribution and in some aspects equalization of power. A grand vision of the benefits of technology as necessarily the only political implication to new technology; we tend to believe that new technology always brings positive benefits for everyone.
