Is it fair that someone should be responsible for their job for actions they do outside their

If it affects the customer’s perspective of them and it affects them financially then yes it
does matter

We should be careful with our behaviour and actions and who we associate ourselves
with. What we do outside of work will cooperate with what we do inside of work.
