Social media and internet in far more critical way. Challenges with critical theory is jarg and heavy, it tends to be mystifying. What is with the obsession with the state. Societies are at peace, social stability is the norm, unreeling social conflict is the norm. Capitalists have lot more power, wealth, resources, status distributed unequally than others and it generates conflict. Top ceos in canada, conflict based on inequality. Obsession of state-apparatus that overhears and also interconnects society. State exist to manage these conflicts but there is the argument that it is on behalf of the dominant class. Sometimes state can intervene in a way that doesn"t mean it is helping the dominant class. To be able to intervene through public policy and action,, force, military application manage conflict within classes over time. Sometimes these conflicts are inherently problematic to state when it comes to entertainment media when it comes to illustrate the conflicts.
