Injustice is going against the will of the sovereign (one may be punished by his own authority) The sovereign cant be part of the covenant. He cant make a contract with each person(because those contracts would be overruled) Neither can he do with the whole, since there is no person of the whole(since there is no will of the whole before the sovereign) No one could adjudicate the covenant between an subject and a sovereign. All the sovereign does is done with my consent do there can be no injury. This does not mean that one should resist.
