Coming back to Hobbes argument from last week,
we call good the things we want or like
so “x is good” means “I want x” or “I like x”
There are tools to determine if this argument makes sense, instead of attacking conclusion,
focus on the argument, because the conclusion can be wrong but if you can’t find anything
wrong with the argument itself then that is a philosophy night mare.
