Due: the paper is due at by 5pm on april 1. You should submit a hard copy of your paper in the philosophy drop box in the stairwell of the north building (nb 265k). You must also upload your assignment to www. turnitin. com. Your assignment will not be considered complete until you have uploaded it to turnitin. Length and format: 6 pages or roughly 1500 words (not including works-cited page or bibliography), typed, double-spaced, 12 point font (times new roman), normal margins. Assignments longer than 6 pages will not be accepted. Papers which do not comply with these formatting requirements will not be accepted. Evaluation: the term paper is worth 25% of your grade in the course. Late papers will be penalized 2% per day including weekend days. Some weight will also be placed on style and grammar. Please note that plagiarism is a serious academic offense and will be treated as such.
