Document Summary

Ontario and quebec has the most amount of land. They are the center of canada(where the vast majority of canadians live). Sharing of power between two or more levels of government. In canada we have a national government and a federal government. Both levels of government can make laws, ta citizens. One government cannot alter the others level of power. They each have their own powers, which is outlined in the constitution. All canadians have a federal member of parliament and provincial member of parliament. Finland and france are unitary states, they don"t have provinces and the government makes decisions for all the land. In section 91 and 92 . this lies what the federal and provincial government have power over. Not a lot of federal land, national parks, reserves. The provinces are responsible for the rest. The federal government cant do anything about oil sands in alberta, so it falls under jurisdiction of provincial government and not federal.
