Universal approach: cigarettes used around the world (stop everyone from doing this) Selective prevention: a particular group of people have a problem (attempt to prevent problem in that particular group) Multidimensional (families, communities, etc. : american constitution: guarantees individual liberty and freedom, canadian constitution: we will take care of each other (community comes first) Social level strategies: treatment for a disorder has to take into consideration social interaction, individuals interacting with each other. Community level strategies: the way in which a community reacts to and treats psychopathologies.
