Communal sharing: common identity emphasized, everyone treated the same, resourced pooled for everyone, no one deserves: more than others, like families. Authority ranking: people rank ordered, higher ranking more privilege and prestige, lower ranking entitled to protection and care from above. Equality matching: keep track of what is exchanged, reciprocate what has been exchanged, non-western cultures, there is supposed to be reciprocity, eventually paying back. Which self-concept lends itself to : making more friends, having more enduring friendships, establishing friendships based on similarity of personality, interests, etc.
