November 6th, 2013: both therapies are not mutually exclusive and they tend to be used together, seems to be what you think and biological makeup and seem opposite but both influence each other, what you think can affect your health, use to think that ulcers were caused by anxiety because such distinct relationship between the two, we can induce anxiety in organism and see they develop ulcers and psychology influencing physiology, not anxiety that produce ulcers, it is a bacterial infection, still has to do with stress and anxiety because long term stress reduces immune response allowing bacteria to eat the stomach, the treatment for ulcers was stress reduction and still is but now more antibiotics, psychological therapies two ways of seeing psychopathology: psychological perspective where different paradigms and rooted in a faulty way of thinking theoretical perspectives that lend themselves to treatment under psychological therapies.
