People are given psychiatric medications to manage behaviours not always illness, those who are diagnosable are not diagnosed and can lead to overmedication in the community. Occupy attention, they are a risk to themselves and potential they violent towards others. Women tend to be overmedicated than men, men come in with mostly substance abuse.
