Weber argued that early capitalism development is not caused by economy-related events but certain religious beliefs. Protestants believed that their belief would be less doubted if they worked diligently. He said that its unintended effect causes followers could save and invest more money than others. In the end, where the protestant took hold, where capitalism developed the most, so weber concluded, capitalism was not only the result of the operation of economic forces alone.
