It"s a mirror, the way we see our self is how other people view us. If we don"t look at interaction, we are ignoring how peoples behaviour are shaped by broader context. We need to understand not only one-on-one, but in group contexts (eg. authoritative) Social network: a bounded set of individuals who are linked by the exchange of material or emotional resources (brym and lie 2018:81). We are all connected by 6 people or less (social network) Sharing of resources, including material resources (eg. money), non-material resources (eg. giving time and emotion) Still included in our social network, but a weaker link. Which group matters more in looking for paid work. Your family and close friends will try to help cause they want you to succeed, similar knowledge and experience.
