Ignoring interaction is ignoring how the person is involved at affected by society. Social network: a bounded set of individuals who are linked by the exchange of material or emotional resources. Weak ties matter more in the paid labor force; they create a larger network of people that you will meet through your weak ties. Emotion management: managing our emotions according to feeling rules eg. if you go through a breakup, you wont be sobbing in your classroom. Emotional labour: when you are required to perform emotion management while you are working. Manage the way you are feeling while at work, sometimes part of the job is emotion management. Paid (at least in part) to manage your own emotions as well as the emotions of others. Emotion can be structured by paid labour and other kinds of situations. Social interaction is all about how we communicate (verbally and non verbally) and how people respond to one another.
