Majority of homicides are solved in the first week (75) 3 quarters are under the influence of drugs/alcohol. Don"t know numbers, just know which ones have a lot and little. 2/3 include criminal culpability yet no criminal charges. Those charged are rarely convicted - majority don"t even get charges.
