Status offences (alc consumption age) is a minor, as supposed the behaviour itself. What is crime: crime is actually quite complex. Street crime: relatively common and serious involving a victim and offender who come together in space time. Gather the most attention from news media outlets (homicide, rape, sexual assault, robbery and physically assault)
